CIM PHX is the latest incarnation of a company that has been growing steadily ever since founder Cary Blackburn first booted up the company computers back in 2000. We now boast locations in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Vancouver, BC. 
Established as a web design firm in 2000 (Hurricane Web Design Ltd.), our company’s list of services has grown substantially since those early days, and our new name, CIM PHX, better reflects all that we do today.
