Marketing Macros was born out of my love for two things: marketing & fitness. Living a fit lifestyle and seeing your goals come to life requires an optimum mix of "macros": carbohydrates, protein, & fat. Those are the nutrients that fuel you to perform. Exercise utilizes those nutrients to grow & reshape your physique.
 
Marketing can be thought of in the same light. The macros of digital marketing came be thought of as content, social media, SEO, blogs, web design, community engagement, etc.
