Mint Design Co. specializes in logo, print and web design while utilizing an acute understanding of composition and font selection. Mint Design Company is owned, operated and designed by Bryan Shaffer and Justina Kadylak. They started Mint Design eight years ago with a simple goal: offer agency-quality graphic design and marketing services at a price Lancaster County’s small business owners can afford. We’ve done that, and now serve businesses nationwide.
 
Bryan is a designer, photographer, husband and new dad. He resides in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania with his beautiful wife Justi, their adorable daughter Lila and their sleepy cat, Mya. Currently, he is the Marketing Manager for the Lancaster Barnstormers, a professional baseball team in the Atlantic League and also works as a freelance graphic artist and web designer.
 
Justi is too a designer, and works for a local newspaper. She aspires to juggle designing, being a mom, and a wife all from the comfort of their cozy home. Both Bryan and Justi earned their degrees in Graphic Arts from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in the early 2000's. They have been working in the design field since graduating.
